practically the entire body. The removal of this excess is usually done in
stages due to the extent of the problem and the need to maintain the surgical

usually under general anesthesia and the resection of the excess tissue is
direct and fairly straightforward with a focus on achieving a more functional
contour of the body with the most esthetic appearance possible.
