Pectoral Implants

These solid implants are used to enhance the volume in the chest area in men
for a more muscular look.  With general or local anesthesia with sedation, an
incision is made in the axilla through which a pocket is developed under the
large pectoral muscle. 

An implant of the desired shape and size is placed in the pocket, and the
process is repeated on the other side.  The patient can return home the same
day wearing a compressive vest that is used for 3 weeks.
